Privacy Policy — Let em Run Ops

Let em Run Ops is an internal shop-floor app for Let 'em Run Drift Boats staff. Access requires a company-issued account (email + password via Supabase Auth). There is no public sign-up.

Data we process

• Account email and authentication session
• Shop operational data you view or edit while signed in (boats, build stages, to-dos, checklists, photos you upload)
• Device permissions only as needed for camera / photo library when you attach build photos

How data is used

Data is used solely to run manufacturing and shop operations. It is stored in the same Supabase project as the web Ops app used by the business.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is accessible only to authorized staff accounts under company control, and to service providers that host the app backend (Supabase / infrastructure) under our accounts.

Retention

Data is retained according to the business's operational needs and can be removed by company administrators.
